No, but peer counseling services are free and available to anyone who needs guidance, emotional support, or a listening ear.
You can't switch between plans once you've chosen one. The platform uses your selected plan—either Subscription with bundled packages or Pay-as-you-go with one-time payments. You can purchase another plan if needed based on your usage.
There's no need to cancel. Subscription plans are one-time purchases with no future charges unless you buy another. Pay-as-you-go plans are also one-time payments. All plans are non-refundable, and no additional charges occur unless you make a new purchase.
We offer Subscription (bundled packages for ongoing usage) and Pay-as-you-go (one-time payments for flexibility). Choose what fits your practice or organization.
